Client Weight Training Programs

Weight training a prominent BC company's Head Office staff members for Five years and have been successful helping them become stronger, more fit and more cabable, physically during thier everyday lives.
Included are a few examples of their specific workouts.
These are to be done two or three days per week to make sure they are ensuring changes to their bodies. 
We have had the great advantage of helping a few of these people become stronger runners with their end goals and have designed some programs for them as well. They are listed below.
